Here are the steps to booking your wedding with us

STEP 1) BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

We can meet with either via Skype or in person at our studios in Oceanside New York. You’ll meet with studio owner Rocco and you’ll be greeted with gracious hospitality, rich knowledge and experience, and usually lots of smiles and laughs. And no pressure. You’ll see that Rocco is also a connoisseur on presenting your photos most elegantly, with a unique selection of art books and wall art you will find not anywhere else. And you’ll know exactly how much you are paying with no hidden charges.

STEP 2) CHOOSE YOUR COLLECTION

During our pre-wedding meetings, we’ll brainstorm ideas, listen to your aspirations and develop a connection so by the wedding day; it will feel like a good friend is photographing your wedding. We will go over your timeline and present options that best suits your day. All of our packages include coverage, an album, and engagement session. We’ll never try to sell anything that you don’t need.

STEP 3) LOCK IN YOUR DATE

We will present you with a contract and summary of your coverage and all of your items. You have signed the proposal electronically, You will be able to pay your retainer and once that is complete you are officially locked in. Now the fun begins and we can schedule your engagement session. We’ll capture the excitement of your forever session in storybook fashion. We’ll capture both of you up close and personal at a wonderful outdoor or indoor location of your choice. Your photographs will express how your love for each other radiates and the joy of being together.

STEP 4) CREATE YOUR EXPERIENCE

We will make sure that you’re going to have a phenomenal experience with us. The whole process of working with you is going to be all inclusive. We have a wonderful team that will make sure that you are taking care of. We’ll carefully confirm all the details and special requests. We also meticulously review the timeline of the day to make sure we are all on the same page and we capture every important moment. We’ll give you sage ideas and advice to alleviate your near-date jitters.

Before and after your wedding

STEP 5) VIEWING YOUR FOEREVER SESSION

Two weeks after your session you will be invited into the studio to see your forever session on a large screen. Here you will pick and order your pictures. There is no minimum order. There is no heavy handed tactics If you don’t like anything you don’t have to order anything but in addition when you come in there will be specials that our venders are running where we will put together prices and packaging for you to look at that will discount things 40-50% off the a’la carte price.

STEP 6) HAVE FUN AND CELEBRATE 

The word lateness in not in our dictionary. You will feel calm, confidence and ease (as much as couples can on their wedding day) with Rocco or any of his associates as your wedding photographer from the moment he arrives whether at a home or at the ceremony. We will make every preparation to be positioned to best capture the ceremony (honoring any restrictions). Usually, we will then time-efficiently take the formal photos with the attendants in a chosen, ideal, scenic environment at the venue or some other picturesque or indoor location depending on the weather. At the reception we’ll capture the spontaneity and the flavor of the day, documenting every important moment, working in tandem with the venue team and your other wedding pros. Rocco will direct you and make sure everyboby looks perfect. In addition, he will keep you on the scheduled timeline and make sure nobody misses cocktail hour.

STEP 7) DELIVERY 

Your photographs at ready in 2-3 weeks after the wedding. This is where we leave the rest of the photographers in the dust. Combining the vivid, creative, original array of photographs taken at your wedding enhanced by our breakthrough technology and finishing techniques, get ready for a magical experience when you see your photographs for the first time. After viewing the photos and sharing them with family members, we’ll have a final meeting to design how you want to showcase your photographs as a lifetime memory of your wedding day. We’ll give you an expectation of when the finished products will be available and inform you immediately when they are ready. And hope we can stay in touch for many years to come…………….
